Refunds/Returns Policy

How to return

Please contact customercare@baronepharmacy.com.au & inform us of the product you would like to return with the reason for return & one of a staff members will get back to you advising you step by step of instructions of our returns process.

Please do not send any items back until you have contacted one of our staff members.


Change of mind

For change of mind returns or goods ordered in error, we will provide an exchange only.

Conditions of returns are as follow:

  • For change of mind returns or goods ordered in error, the customer must pay the postage charges.
  • The item is received in its original condition (i.e. has not been opened, used, damaged)
  • The item is not a prescription, pharmacy medicine, vitamin or baby formula
  • The item has been purchased from our online pharmacy within the last 14 days

We cannot refund/exchange any goods that have been damaged in transit.

Due to hygiene purposes, the returns of certain products may be prohibited and are at the discression of Barone Pharmacy to determine if they can be returned.

Pharmacy Error

In the unlikely event that the wrong product is shipped, Barone pharmacy will arrange to either reship the correct item, or arrange a refund.

Please note the following provisions apply:

  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • The item has not been opened
  • The item has not been used
  • The item has not been damaged
  • The item has been purchased from our online pharmacy in the last 7 days.
