What is Barone Pharmacy lowest price guarantee?
Barone pharmacy will match any current advertised price. If you find a price that is cheaper than we have advertised, please contact our customer service team with the relevant details , & we will match the price as per our policy. Excludes trade quotes, stock liquidations and commercial quantities. Limits apply.

How long will my order take to be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours from ordering online. Please note orders will only be shipped from 9am-4pm Monday to Friday, any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be packed/shipped on Monday. 
Orders for delivery in the Sydney Metro area should take 1-2 working days. All other areas will be as per Australia Post Delivery. Please see delivery schedules for more information

Can I fax my prescription?
To follow the legal requirements, we are not allowed to accept faxed prescriptions. We can only dispense original/repeat prescriptions before we send them to you

Can I order prescription items if I don’t live in Australia?
No. We only ship to addresses within Australia 

Can I get a product that is not listed on the website?
If there is a product that you cannot find on our website, please contact one of our staff atcustomercare@baronepharmacy.com.au & we will try our best to locate the product for you.

How can I cancel my order?
Please contact one of our staff members on 02 9724 2572 or emailcustomercare@baronephamacy.com.au as soon as possible & we will cancel it where we can. Where the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. If the customer still requires a return, it can be posted back at the customers expense, as per our returns policy

Can I keep my repeats on file at the pharmacy?
Yes, just tick the box when ordering your prescription to keep your repeats on file. This way when you place your next repeat prescription order, we will have the script ready to dispense & ship on the same day.

What if I need to speak to someone about a non-prescription product?
Please call 02 9724 2572 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday & we will put you through to one of our experienced pharmacy assistants to answer your questions.

What do I do if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left either detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected, or our courier will leave a note to arrange another drop off time.
 
Will the details of my order be kept confidential?
All information collected by Barone pharmacy is kept strictly confidential. All of our staff have signed confidentiality agreements which they agree not to disclose any information of customers details or your order.

Where are other Barone Pharmacy stores located?

What happens if a product I’ve ordered is out of stock?
All items must be paid for before Barone pharmacy can process the order. We make every effort to keep our product information up to date.
In cases where there is a short delay we will contact the customer to advise of the estimated delivery time. In some cases where there has been a supplier issue, we will not be able to fulfil your order. In cases where we cannot fill the order, a refund or credit note will be arranged. At all times will be in contact with the customer to advise them of delays
