How to return
Please contact email@example.com & inform us of the product you would like to return with the reason for return & one of a staff members will get back to you advising you step by step of instructions of our returns process. Please do not send any items back until you have contacted one of our staff members.

Change of mind
We will happily accept a return of a product for a refund or credit where the customer has changed their mind, on the conditions:
- The item is received in its original condition (i.e. has not been opened, used, damaged)
- The item is not a prescription, pharmacy medicine, vitamin or baby formula
- The item has been purchased from our online pharmacy within the last 14 days
For change of mind returns or goods ordered in error, the customer must pay the postage. We cannot refund/exchange any goods that have been damaged in transit. If you require any assistance with sending back your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
In the unlikely event that the wrong product is shipped, or damaged in transit, Barone pharmacy will pay for postage to return the goods & either reship the correct item, or arrange a refund.
