3-6 months/ 6-8kg: 1.5ml every 6-8hours as necessary. Maximum 4 doses in 24hours 6-12 months/ 8-10kg: 2ml 6-8hours as necessary. Maximum 4 doses in 24hours 1 to 2 years/ 10-12kg: 2.5ml 6-8hours as necessary. Maximum 4 doses in 24hours
